We have more than 10 years' experience in manufacturing solar water heaters and solar collectors.We have four types’ solar water heaters: NON-PRESSURE, PRESSURIZED, SPLIT and PRE-HEATED. The capacity ranges from 100L to 500L. As for solar projects, the capacity can be from 1 Ton to 1000 Tons. Our solar heating system supplies hot water 24hours a day. It can function normally at temperatures as low as -20℃. It is fit for using in industrial areas, small-to middle-sized hotels, bathhouses and residential homes. Twenty-five QC officers with an average of five years’ experience help ensure our high standards of quality. Our 200,000 ㎡, ISO 9001:2008-certified factory can produce up to 610,000 units annually. We can build custom systems with a volume capacity to fit virtually any roof area. Our 540 workers use automated high-pressure foaming machines from Germany and argon arc welders from the US greaterPrecision. The automated painting machine is advanced among the solar industry.



New tri-element vacuum tube

Feature:

Sunfree vacuum tube assimilate the advanced 12 years of spattering deposition of trivalent element technology, high borosilicate glass, gradual change of ALN/AIN-SS/CU selective complex absorptive coating. And these make vacuum tubes have high performance of absorptance and low reflection ratio. Through the interlayer, vacuum has unique effect of thermo, with its temperature up to 380°C of idle sunning, performing a strong heating ability.

Working Principle:The basic non-pressure system SWH is a passive system, which relies on a natural principle-Thermo siphon.There is water in evacuated tubes and free to flow into tanks. When the water in tubes is heated by sun’s rays firstly, this makes water in the tubes lighter. Therefore, the cold water in the tank move downwards and hotter water move upside into the tank.It is an open circuit since the air vent and the overflow pipe is open to the air. Technical parameters:1- Inner tank: SUS 304 stainless steel food grade by argon protect welding2- Outer shell: color steel3- Vacuum tube: borosilicate glass 3.3, Cu-S/S-AL/N absorb coating (3 target)4- Frame: Galvanized steel coated uncorrosion layer, both install inclined and float roofs.



Solar Heating System In Projects

Working Principle:

The hot water inside inner tank of manifold heats the water following through the heat-exchange pipe. The heated water inside heat-exchange pipe is delivered to the water tank. The circulating pump starts and keeps circulating. Sunfree’s integrated central solar water heating system integrates vacuum tubes into collector scientifically to achieve highest efficiency and groups collector units into a large-scale array, thus form central water heating system together with heat-preservation water tank, assisting heating system, intelligent control system, pipes, circulating system and water supply system. The water temperature can be set as requested and the system can realize 24 hours hot water supply with the help of routine heating resources like (petrol, gas, electricity).For the solar heating system is safe, economic, no pollution, it is widely used in factories, enterprises, institutions, mid and small hotels for large hot water projects.Our projects capacity is from 1 ton to 1000 tons.

1- Refill cold water automatically by using the three times ability to set during the day2- Auto start electric heater by using timing of heating or set min and max temperature to

start and stop3- Auto start water pumping while refilling cold water4- Stop refilling water if the temperature inside the tank ˃50°C and the level of water ˂50%

to avoid tubes broken 5- It shows the temperature of hot water inside the tank6- It shows the quantity of water inside the tank
