If you are looking for a smoke free, non-casino place to have a good time and good conversa-
tion, look no further than our own 1880 Grille located at the Conestoga Golf Club. The 1880 Grille features a happy hour from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm every Thurs-day and Friday. It features special pricing on certain draft beers, house wines and appetizers. Bud Light and 1880 Ale draft beers are only a $1.50 per glass with house wines like Cabernet, Chardonnay, Pinot Grigio and Pinot Noir for only $3.00 a glass. I have to say from personal experience, the Grille pours a very tall glass of wine. Quite enjoyable! Special appetizers are also featured for only $2.00. They include Mozzarella Triangles with Marinara Sauce, Vegetable Spring Rolls with Sweet and & Sour Sauce, Mini Chicken Tacos with Salsa Fresca and how about a Fried Dill Pickle with 1880 Sauce…..yum! After a few drinks and appetizers you can enjoy various featured dinner entrées with special prices that include a choice of salad or the soup of the day. Tobee Perez, Food and Beverage Supervisor said, In addition to our already fine Happy Hour selections, we are introducing wine pairings on or about September 19th. Perez went on to say that a different set of wines will be paired with the Happy Hour entrées each week. The 1880 Grille offers a terrific ambience with majestic views of the Conestoga Golf course and the Mesa. You can dine in or on the patio. So get a group of friends together and “come on down” to the 1880 Grille for Happy Hour. You’re certain to have a good time, and, who knows you may make some new friends! Remember, that as a Sun City resident you can receive a 10% discount on all food and non-alcoholic beverages. Bon appétit! During course over seeding, which is September 3rd-19th, the hours for Happy Hour on Thursday September 6th and 13th are from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm. The Grille closes at 4:00 pm the two Fridays during over seeding. The 1880 Grille is also closed Sunday - Wednesday. Saturday hours are 6:00 am to 4:00 pm. The 1880 Grille returns to its regularly scheduled hours September 20th.
