Welcome to the Richardsons
Mrs. Brandi Richardson will be assuming the role of Director of Curriculum andInstruction for the West Campus. She will teach Government and Economics andtake on many of the responsibilities of Academic Dean on the High School Campus.Mrs. Richardson arrives from St. Luke’s Episcopal School where she was Head ofthe History Department and taught all of their AP History classes. She was alsovery involved in curriculum development and in the scheduling process. Mr. Brandon Richardson joins us from Covenant Christian School and will beserving as the Church Campus Athletic Director and Dean of Students. He will leadour elementary and middle school sports programs and assist in discipline on thechurch campus.

Activity Fee Due June 1st
The student activity fee, due June 1st, will provide free admission to all athleticevents for students 1st-12th grade. The fee will also cover all local field trips andfield day activities for the Church Campus.
Fees: 1st-6th Grade- $100; 7th-12th Grade-$125
Summer Soccer Information
Coach Brandon will be having Summer Soccer practices and play dates for boysand girls in grades 7-12. All players participating in practice and play dates musthave a current physical completed and on file with CHCA to be eligible. Practices will be focused on technical training with small sided games and somescrimmage. These practice dates and play dates will allow coach(es) to evaluateplayer numbers for the middle and high school season which begins in lateJanuary.
Practice Dates: June: 9th, 13th, and 19th (more optional practice dates will beheld during the month of July). Practices will be at CHCA West Campus soccer fieldfrom 4:00-5:30 PM.
Play Dates: Play Date 1: Girls: --- June 12th vs St. Paul’s at St. Paul’s Skillet at 5:30; Boys: June15th vs Murphy at 6:15 and vs St. Paul’s at 7:00 at St. Paul’s Skillet Play Date 2: June 20th at Faith Academy G/5:30, B/7:00 Play Date 3: June 22nd vs Mobile Christian at Sage Park- G/3:00, B/4:00
If your son/daughter is interested in playing soccer with CHCA this summer, pleasecontact Coach Richardson at [email protected]. Just email thestudent's name, grade level, and practice/game dates they can attend. Allparticipants must turn in a physical form to the CHCA West Campus main office. Summer Camp Opportunities
CHCA Summer Soccer Camp 2017
Date: June 12th-15th (Monday-Thursday) Location: CHCA Upper School Soccer Field Times: K-5 – 3rd grade 9 a.m. - 11a.m. 4th grade - 6th grade 12 p.m. - 3 p.m. Cost: $60 per player. The camp will be led by Coach Brandon and 4-5 other coaches. The deadline toregister for soccer camp is Monday, June 5th. Shoot for the Stars Basketball Camp
Shoot for the Stars Basketball Camp with Harlem Globetrotter alumni, Michael
Douglas and Larry “Shorty” Coleman will be in the afternoons after our VBS,Monday-Friday, June 19-23 at 1 pm.
The cost is $125 per player. Campers will work on all elements of the game,becoming physically fit, team play, positive attitude, not giving in to peer pressureand more. The camp is open to boys and girls ages 7 – 14 years. Onlineregistration: www.cottagehill.org/sports-outreach Come join us for a fun-filled day ofactivities beginning with VBS from 9-12 and Camp from 1-5 pm. If attending VBS,pack a lunch, drinks will be provided. If attending camp only, arrive at 1 pm. Lunchis provided Friday, May 9th for all campers! An award ceremony will be held Fridayat 3 pm. Jr. Warrior Football Camp
When: June 26th-27th Time: 12:00-3:00 Where: Cottage Hill Christian Academy -West Campus Ages: Rising K5 – 6th Graders Cost: $30 single day or $50 for both days

Worship Camp 2017 is coming to Cottage Hill Baptist Church. Join us at CHBC for

Jr. Warrior Cheer Camp
CHCA will hold Cheer Camp for rising K5-5th grade girls July 18th-20th at theCHCA West Campus from 9:00a.m.-12:00 noon. The camp fee is $50 per child.
Campers will learn cheers, chants, jumps, and dances. Campers should be dressed in comfortable clothes and tennis shoes. Snacks andwater will be provided. Campers do not have to be CHCA students. Back to School Family Orientation
CHCA Family Orientation for ALL students and their families is scheduled forThursday, August 3rd at 6:00 p.m. This family orientation is for K2-12th grade andwill be held in the Worship Center of Cottage Hill Baptist Church.
