GDP:-:- The per capita consumption of plastic products in India is growing and is moving towards 8% GDP growth.

Turnover :- The turnover of plastic industry in 2011 is 1,25,170 core

Findings The employee is recruited according to their

qualification & skills. There is good communication between manger

& their worker. Employee overloaded with work. The source or recruitment in the organization is

mainly done on the basis of Employee referral & Recruitment agencies.

Training & development programme is mostly done after 3 month.

The company provides various welfare facilities such as Canteen facility, housing facility, recreational facilities etc

suggestionsThe employee is overloaded toward

the work if the work is delegated among the employee equally, so that there is less burden of work and employee can concentrated on their work.

 If organization is more concentrated

on campus recruitment & job Portal it will lead towards the right talent acquisition and retention.
