Developing the new Marketing and Sales Strategies and Product positioning.

Job Details
Advise and update the client on various products and investment opportunities
Ability to understand, analyze and communicate technical and fundamental research reports
Ability to identify the source of business by tapping the right segment and catchment
Preferably, good knowledge of the catchment of operation.

Should have excellent communication skills and should be fluent in English or the regional Language
Ability to update oneself on the latest market information on an on going basis

Job Description
Customer Focus : -
To Acquire and build relationship with target Customers and handling and reviewing their portfolio from time to time
To gauge the disposable income of the client and advise them on various product of the company
To escalate the customer grievance and to resolve it immediately
Attend to morning conference calls / Meetings
To study and monitor research reports in order to aid HNIs on primary trend and appropriate investment opportunities
Revenue Generation :
To generate business for the company by meeting revenue targets set by their superiors.
Relationship Building
To meet the enrolled customer’s at least once a week and gauge the
satisfaction levels & reverts with needful action
To act as a 1st escalation point between the client and the company.
Stipend
The stipend amount is Rs. 18000 and will be paid at the end of the internship
Students need to complete a minimum level of business to qualify for the stipend
Students who do not achieve their targets will be eligible for a variable stipend depending on their performance
Students who overachieve their targets will be eligible for incentives .
Certification levels
1st level – Quick starter certificate
2nd level – Silver starter certificate
3rd level – Gold starter certificate
4th level – Platinum starter certificate
We also provide ‘Best project certificate’ for informative projects.

Marketing students based on their performance can take up their pre
placement offer with IDBI FEDERAL
HR and Finance students based on their performance will have an
opportunity to get placed in their core areas.
