I f the adjusted family income of the s tudent i s l e s s than - $25,000 per year o r i f f i n a n c i a l need i s e s t a b l i s h e d f o r those not i n t h i s category, t h e Federal Government pays the f u l l i n t e r e s t on the loan while the s tudent i s i n co l lege . When repayment begins, the s tudent pays the f u l l 7% i n t e r e s t on the loan. Maximum loan is' $2500 per year o r t h e c o s t of educat ion, whichever i s l e s s and the aggregate maximum i s $7500. Loan a p p l i c a t i o n s a r e a v a i l a b l e a t the College, a t some banks, and from Minnesota S t a t e Loan Office.
