CISD Solves: Math Review & Mental Math (Grades K-12)
This virtual course will prepare teachers for implementing ONE of the major components of the CISD Solves Mathematics Structure. All K-12 math teachers who are new to CISD, new to a grade level, or have not been previously trained are expected to attend.
This course is offered through Canvas. First, register for the course in Eduphoria (link below); then enroll in the Canvas course (link below) CISD Solves: Math Review & Mental Math Online Training Summer 2020.
The Canvas course contains modules to complete at your own pace. Some modules must be completed prior to attending the Live Webinar, and some must be completed afterwards. You may access the course content beginning July 6, 2020. The mandatory LIVE webinar is on July 27, 2020. All coursework must be completed by July 31, 2020. Summer 2020 Trainings
This summer, the CISD Math department will hold trainings in a virtual format. Courses will be offered through Canvas. Participants must register for trainings at the Eduphoria link provided in the course description AND join the Canvas course using the Canvas enroll link.
Canvas courses contain modules to be completed at your own pace. There will also be a mandatory live webinar to attend. Please read the entire course description for information on when live webinars will be held and dates when the self-paced Canvas modules may be accessed. Guided Math (Grades K-12)
This virtual course will explore organizational and innovative ways to "kick-start" Guided Math for success as well as plan differentiated small group lessons.

Algebra Tiles (Grades 6-12)
In this virtual course, participants will learn how to use algebra tiles to teach math TEKS including integers, equations, inequalities, and more. *NEW participants who successfully complete the eCoursewill receive a classroom set of Algebra Tiles*

CISD Solves: Fact Fluency (Grades K-6)
This virtual course will prepare teachers for implementing ONE of the major components of the CISD Solves Mathematics Structure. Join us to gain an in-depth understanding of fluency instruction from conceptual to abstract. Activities will range from instructional strategies to anchor stations to reinforce number patterns for mastery. All K-6 math teachers who are new to CISD, new to a grade level, or have not been previously trained are expected to attend.
