  • Beverley Musical Theatre are proud to present the region’s premiere of LEGALLY BLONDE the musical, a wonderfully vibrant show, with lavish professional sets and band, vastly experienced principals and a hugely talented young cast, including 2 delightful dogs. This musical has earned itself a cult following of all ages who just want to be immersed in this lively fun show.

Elle Woods, fashion student wins entry to Harvard law school to prove to her shallow ex-boyfriend Warner that she is ‘serious’.

Dressed always in her signature pink and carrying her cute Chihuahua ‘Bruiser’, she not only remains ‘positive’ through all her challenges, but she ‘Finds her way’ and gains her law degree.

She gets rid of the ‘Chip on her shoulder’ and finds ‘OMG’ that she is ‘So much better’ without Warner and realises that by being true to yourself you can get ‘What you want’.

With support from her friends old and new, she gets ‘Whipped into shape’ and with a little help from her Delta Nu girlfriends’ ‘Bend and Snap’ moves, Elle can overcome stereotyping, win respect and remain ‘Legally Blonde’.

Some Mothers Do ‘Ave ‘EmWritten & Directed by Guy UnsworthBased on the TV series by Raymond Allen

Starring, Joe Pasquale, Sarah Earnshaw And Susie BlakeEveryone’s favourite 1970s classic TV comedy, Some Mothers Do ‘Ave ‘Em is back with Joe Pasquale starring as the loveable accident-prone Frank Spencer, Sarah Earnshaw as his wife Betty and Susie Blake as his disapproving Mother-in-Law, Mrs Fisher.

The most successful sitcom of the decade gave us the hapless Frank and his long-suffering wife Betty with catchphrases galore and a never-ending list of disasters with roller-skating escapades and runaway chickens.

Joe Pasquale is a national comedy treasure and is one of the hardest working and top-selling live comedians in British comedy today. He exploded onto our tellies in New Faces and went on to win I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out of Here and host The Price is Right. Al Stewart came to stardom as part of the legendary British folk revival in the sixties and seventies, and developed his own unique style of combining folk-rock songs with delicately woven tales of the great characters and events from history. He is perhaps best known for his hit “Year of the Cat” from the platinum album of the same name and the platinum follow-up album “Time Passages”. But his career spans four decades as a key figure in British music. He played at the first ever Glastonbury Festival in 1970, worked with Yoko Ono pre-Lennon and shared a London apartment with a young Paul Simon.
