Introduction

This report documents the results of a diamond drilling program conducted on the Mishi

Property (Murgor Option) of Trelawney Resources Inc. (formerly Terex Resources

Ltd.). A total of seven holes (MR-06-1, MR-07-2 to MR-07-7) totalling 1,595.0 m

(5,233 feet) were drilling during the period of September 28, 2006 to March 27, 2007.

Property Location and Access

The Mishi Property is located 50 km west ofWawa, Ontario, and approximately 300 km

east of Thunder Bay, within NTS Block 42C/03SW.

The property is accessible via Paint Lake road, an all weather gravel road which links

Trans Canada Highway 17 to the Eagle Ri ver Mine. An A TV -Skidder trail which begins

at the 62 km mark, provides direct access to the property and leads to the Martin Zone.

The property consists of 49 unpatented mining claims located in the Sault Ste. Marie

Mining Division on the Mishibishu Lake Map Sheet (G-3 772), David Lakes Map Sheet

(G-3765), Abbie Lake Map Sheet (G-3762) and the Point Isacor Map Sheet (G-3778).

48 ofthe claims are contiguous, one claim (3006854) is non contiguous, located north

of the main block.

Claims Information

The claims which comprise the property are listed as follows.

History Of Previous Work

Previous exploration work on and around the Mishi Property has been well summarized

in previous reports including Eveleigh, A.,1998 (Murgor Resources Inc.) and

R. Kusins, 1999 (Battle Mountain Canada.).

1954: Aylen Mines: Trenching and limited diamond drilling.

1972: Asarco: Airborne geophysical surveying.

1983-87: Dominion Explorer: Airborne VLF - EM, followed by geological mapping,

trenching, soil geochemistry and sampling. 7 holes totalling 453 m were drilled. Hole

3-86 was collared in the area ofthe Dorset Zone, but appears to have been stopped short

ofthe zone.

1987-89: Notanda Exploration: Geological mapping prospecting, soil geochem, and

geophysical surveying, followed by trenching and diamond drilling. 33 holes drilled

totalling 3,404 m.

1988-89: Flanagan McAdam: Airborne geophysical surveying, and geology. Drilled

7 holes totalling 798m.

1997-98: Murgor Resources Ltd. Geophysics, prospecting, trenching, geological

mapping and sampling in and around the Dorset Zone. Drilled 14 holes totalling

1,496 m, and confirmed the presence of significant gold mineralization. Best values

from hole MC-98-09 which assayed 3.75 glt Au over a true width of21.53 m.

1998-99: Battle Mountain: Optioned the property from Murgor, and completed 20

holes totalling 4,817 m. Holes MC-98-22, 27 and 28 returned the most significant

assays of 3.02 glt over 5.92 m, 5.23 glt over 3.7 m, and 5.05 glt over 7.45 m

respecti vely).

2006-2007 Diamond Drilling

A total of7 holes (MR-06-1, MR-07-2 to MR-07-7) totalling 1,590 m (5,233 ft) were

drilled during the period of September 28, 2006 March 27, 2007. All drilling was

conducted in the general area of the Martin Zone, as follow up to previous work

completed by both Noranda and by Murgor in 1998 and 1999.

Two holes, MR-06-1 and MR-07-2 were drilled to test a previously trenched quartz

vein zone located approximately 500 metres to the west, and along strike of the Martin

Zone trenching. The remaining holes were collared north ofthe Martin Zone trenching,

along the south shore of an unnamed pond.

A list of drill holes, including inclination and locations is as follows:

Holes MR-06-1 and MR-07-2 both intersected narrow quartz vein zones mineralized

with pyrite and arsenopyrite, however, no significant gold values were encountered.

The best gold values include 0.35 g/t over 1.4 m in hole MR-06-1, and 0.40 g/t over

0.5 m from hole MR-07-2.

Holes MR-07-3, MR-07-4, MR-07-6 andMR-07-7 were drilled to testthe Martin Zone.

All holes intersected alteration consisting of sericite, carbonate, silicification and

quartz veining mineralized with variable amounts of pyrite, pyrrhotite, chalcopyrite,

arsenopyrite and molybdenite. This mineralized zone is hosted within altered

metasedimentary rocks, at the contact with mafic volcanics. Although well altered and

well mineralized, no significant gold values were encountered from this horizon.

Hole MR-07-5, collared at the same location as MR-07-4, was drilled to test the altered

package of rocks encountered in the top part of hole MR-07-4. Alteration including

sericite, carbonate, and silicification was encountered (likely altered porphyry system),

however no significant gold values were encountered:

The most significant gold value encountered during this drill program was returned

from hole MR-07-3. A value of2. 75 gltAu over O.3m was returned from narrow smoky

grey quartz veins mineralized with 2 to 3% pyrite with trace chalcopyrite and

arsenopyrite, hosted within pillowed mafic volcanic rocks.

Drill logs, sections, plans, and a fuHlist of assay results are included as Appendices A

andB.
