After a hugely successful fi rst year, the Prestige 440 S now boasts two new concepts recently unveiled by Prestige.

Featuring two distinct cockpit spaces, including an aft cockpit that converts into a sundeck with a tender garage below, this model boasts a spacious design and exceptional comfort onboard.

The electric window aftA generously sized sport top (with large electric roof) converts in seconds to an enclosed space, protected from the elements. This feature, previously unthinkable on a boat of under 50 to 60 feet, opens up a new world of possibilities, whether at sea or at port.

World-renowned talent Featuring Volvo IPS transmission systems, exterior and interior design concepts by Garroni Design, a hull design by Michael Peters, and further design contributions by Prestige, the Prestige 440 S represents the combined talents of some of the world’s most respected names in yacht design.

PRESENTATION

Why a Prestige 440s ?In tandem with the fl ybridge line, Prestige Fly, Prestige is developing a complete line of Prestige Open, or sport top, motor yachts.

Additionally, within the size category of 40-45 feet, we found that 44 feet repre-sents an ideal length for a comfortable motor yacht with 2 cabins.

Why a double cockpit ?Additional living space afforded by two saloons enhances the overall comfort on board. The aft cockpit also converts into a sundeck.

Why a sport top ?The sport top has assumed its place in the powerboat market as an important design concept with staying power (comparable to the two-door convertible in the automobile market), and not just a passing trend.

The new generation in Prestige sport tops, with a large, electrically controlled opening roof, allows the fl exibility to choose quickly and conveniently between perfect coverage (protection from full sun, inclement weather) and an open deck (for maximum enjoyment of fresh air).

Why a Volvo IPS engine ?The Volvo IPS system has become the preferred choice of pleasure cruisers and professionals alike for its dependability, performance and compact dimensions. Owners of motor yachts of 40 feet and up prefer IPS pods or straight shafts to stern drive.

Additionally, on a boat of 40 to 45 feet, the positioning of the IPS pod to the aft of the boat allows for an interior layout with a very large aft cabin, which is not the case with a straight shaft. On the Prestige 440 S, this state-of-the-art transmission is perfectly integrated into the overall design concept.

Why a tender garage ?A boat of this size must be built for comfort and ease of use in all situations, whether cruising or at anchor. Stowing your tender effortlessly encourages more frequent use, for greater freedom of movement and enjoyment by the whole crew.

Why 2 cabins with 2 private heads and shower compart-ments?On a boat of this size, a harmonious distribution of space allows for each cabin to have a private head and shower without compromising the spacious living areas.

PRESENTATION

The large centre cabin (4 m x 2 m) – with an island berth, a private head and shower, a vanity, a hanging locker and a full-sized window in the hull – is remarkably bright and airy.

The forward cabin – with an island berth, private head and shower, hanging lockers and nightstands – also includes an impressive private walk-in closet with plenty of headroom.

The saloon measures over 2 metres long (2.40 m) and features a skylight. Its inviting U-shaped layout was designed for maximum comfort.

JOYSTICK FOR EASY DOCKINGThe skipper’s best friend that makes docking easy,

even fun. Forget complicated shift, throttle and

steering wheel combinations in close-quarter

maneuvering – simply move the joystick in the

direction you want the boat to move, and the boat

reacts to your intentions: sideways, diagonally,

forwards, backwards or rotate.

DOCK FROM THE AFT DECKYou can make docking even easier with additional

joysticks. Place them wherever you have the best

possible view for maneuvering. Up to four joysticks
