Madhav Kale, Partner

Professional Engineer (State of Texas)

Chartered Engineer (The Institute of Engineers, India)

Madhav Kale, alumnus of Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Mumbai, Birla

Institute of Technology and Science, (BITS) Pilani and Clemson University.

He completed Bachelor of Civil Engineer with honors from BITS Pilani, Master

of Technology from IIT Mumbai and Master of Sciences from Clemson

University. He has published papers in International Journals.

Madhav Kale is a Professional Engineer in the State of Texas and a Chartered Engineer of the

Institute of Engineers, India.

He has over 25 years experience in engineering design, construction management and consulting

in commercial and industrial projects worldwide. He has worked with major multinational design

consultants and EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) firms in the USA and participated

in 200+ projects ranging in size from under a million dollars to over a billion dollars in the USA,

Canada, Europe, Latin America, Middle East, Africa & India. Some of his past projects include tall

buildings, shopping centers, towers, industrial structures, process plant structures, food processing

plant structures, conveyor-towers and trusses, equipment foundations, cement manufacturing

plants, refineries, petrochemical plants, power projects. He has special expertise in dynamic

analysis, finite element analysis, seismic analysis and investigation of structural failures.

His other interests include promoting eco-conservation, environmental defense, responsible life-

style choices and good citizenship among the young generation. He is an invited speaker in

education institutions, citizen’s groups and other fora.

Sunita Kale, B. Arch, Partner, Architecture

Sunita Kale is an alumnus of College of Engineering & Architecture, Goa and

University of Houston, USA where she pursued architecture and Interior Design

respectively. Sunita Kale is registered with the Council of Architecture and is a

member of the Institute Architects India (AIA). She has over 20 years of

experience in planning, architecture and interior design of commercial,

residential, institutional and religious industrial projects worldwide. She has

worked with architectural design consultants in the USA and participated in numerous design

projects in many states in the USA and India. Some of her past projects include commercial office

buildings, hospitals, clinics, blood banks, hotels, motels, inns, schools, colleges, libraries, churches,

temples, auditoria, parks and recreational facilities, apartments, bungalows, beach-houses,

warehouses and manufacturing facilities.

Her interests include promoting eco-friendly living, natural resources conservation and pollution
