two or more external users The use of Service Request Management provides a common list for
viewing by both internal and external users to view status of open requests and history of closed requests

Constituent Dispute Management Documents related to the
cases are “linked” to the relevant case and can be viewed side-by-side with indexing information to review the dispute

Sorting Data Sorting: The display data on any dashboard can be
sorted by clicking on any of the column headers. Text fields will be sorted from A to Z, numeric fields in sequential order, etc.
Searching (Filtering) Data
Filters: Filters allow you to restrict the data displayed on the screen. Filters can be applied to up to five levels of data.
