customers? How did you handle the situation?

you handle situations like this with tact
and maturity.
Example:
“Yes, I did encounter a situation when an angry client was shouting at me over the phone accusing us that our product did not carry an expiration date upon opening the can, the color was already rusty. She was threatening to report the matter to TV and radio stations and to DTI. What I did was I allowed her to shout at me. I merely said “ Yes Ma’am.” Then later I told her if I were in your place, I will be disappointed and angry too.” This calmed her down. Then I asked for her address and told her I’ll give someone to pick up the can and replace it with two can. I apologized to her and told her we will be very careful with the expiry date label in the future.
