Case Study– Induction Program

Sudaksha Impact: The client was able to save ~90% on their sourcing, recruitment, training and on-boarding costs for fresh grads.

Business Situation:A large IT services organizations in BFSI and healthcare domains in India needed to hire, train and deploy fresh grads in a phased manner over a year.

Sudaksha Solution:Sudaksha defined the criteria and process for recruitment, training framework, pre-through-post-training assessment , deployment parameters.

Sudaksha Execution:Through end-to-end process of on-off campus selections, in-house training on technical skills, industry process orientation, behavioural competencies; initially ~200 candidates and 900+ more, over a year were successfully deployed by the organization with a 95% success ratio.

Case Study– End-to-End Hire & Train Program

Sudaksha Impact: The end-to-end sourcing-hiring-training process of the client is being done only by Sudaksha in India and the client realized cost savings of 40 to 50%.

Business Situation:A US based IT services organization commenced its operations in India and needed a reliable partner to take care of their entire fresh graduates recruitment and training process.

Sudaksha Solution:

Sudaksha worked closely with the client and chalked out a comprehensive “End-to-end Hire &

Train” model. Through campus recruitment drives (including online assessment process) along

with client organized by Sudaksha. Candidates (selected by client) were trained by Sudaksha on

technical skills, industry process orientation, behavioral competencies.

• Started with a double-digit number, the number of candidates being hired by the client has

grown manifold. Over the last six years, there was only one rejection (of a candidate due to

behavioral issues).

Case Study– Corporate Training - Behavioral

Sudaksha Impact: The much acclaimed workshop is now being delivered on a regular basis with varied flavor’s for all the levels of employees including senior management.

Situation:Employees of a large airline company that underwent a merger in 2007, began to face HR issues like compensation, career progression, and salary payment issues post merger; that led to decreased morale among them. The personnel management sought Sudaksha’s assistance to help their employees across India cope with the change and create self-motivation amongst them in the tough times.

Solution:After a thorough analysis, Sudaksha came up with a two days workshop with the theme “Change and Dealing with Uncertainties” for their managers. The program was a fun-filled, activity based experience with practical take-away.

ResultWith the implementation of the learning, the participants were able to cope with the change and deal with the uncertainties.
