Bug reporting specifically, was of a very high quality, earning a total of 93% of possible evaluation criteria points. The following chart highlights each team’s results regarding bug reporting volumes.

The “Bugs per Dollar ratio” was significantly better for Keywords Studios than for the North American provider, with a cost efficiency gain of 42%.
