As I travel throughout the country engaging with different external stakeholders, I am repeatedly asked about “how exactly does Seda assist entrepreneurs and cooperatives at Seda branches across the country and what the impact of Seda’s support is?”. To answer this question comprehensively, we decided to put together this booklet featuring a sample of cooperatives and small enterprises who have been assisted by Seda giving them a medium to directly share with the public how Seda has assisted them. Each of these stories is different though responding to the same question on the needs of each business and finally, the question on how each business has experienced a positive change after the interventions by Seda.

For the reader of these success stories to be familiar with the Seda’s support process to small enterprises, we have also shared our support and client engagement storyboards. Our interventions are directed towards nurturing business ideas, preparing business concepts and product prototypes for commercialization and weaving business development support possible to address identified business needs and business owner needs, focused on how best to unlock business growth and sustainability. Our wish is to replicate our success stories both at Seda level and enterprise level.
