1978-First supply of 400KV to Singrauli STPP for NTPC Subsequently executed orders for several 400KV S/s over last 3 decades toprestigious projects of POWERGRID, NTPC, NPC and various StateElectricity Boards & Utilities in India & Abroad

1984- Foundry operations started at Palghar 1987-Supply to 220KV Kakrapara S/S of Nuclear Power Corporation. 1994-Executed Chandrapur/Padghe 500KV DC Line Back to Back project

where ABB Sweden was involved as Main contractor. 2001-Supplied to 132KV Bhaktapur Project through ABB, Finland 2004-completes 40 years of service to Industry 2005-Operations moved to Private Limited company. 2005-33Sub-stations for BSEB

Manufacturing Facilities

The Company has manufacturing facility

located at Shree Ambika Udyog Nagar,

Shirgaon and is about 110km fromMumbai. The facility includes Oil Fired

Furnace for Sand Casting & Die-Casting

of Aluminum, other general purpose

machining, Argon welding & Surfacefinishing facilities.

Inspection & Testing

With the Companys focus on Quality , there are well established qualitynorms fixed for various processes.

To maintain consistent product quality, strict checks are carried out atvarious stages of manufacturing.

The Systems in line with ISO requirements are in place for materials

traceability. In addition to standard Measuring instruments & mechanical gauges ,

which are calibrated at regular intervals, we have in-house facilities toconduct various tests like

Heat Run Test

Tensile Test

Resistance Test

Tension / Compression Test Movement Test

and others.

We test our products regularly at CPRI / ERDA laboratories to establishperformance of the products meeting National & Internationalstandards.
