We have reactived the subscription page with many new functionalities.

Key Changes Done on The Subscription page •You can take subscribed product in any order of the month now•You can change the shade anytime now after signing up for subscription including the free product

Please note that the subscription that are taken in the month of June & July will be considered under manual subscription module only.

All the new subscriptions coming from 1st August 2014 onwards will be taken under the subscription module (sign-up on a subscription page).

Enter the name of the consultant/customer for whom subscription is to be made.

You can select multiple shades & quantity, this will multiply your number of products subscribed.

For example:• If you select 25415 quantity 2, you get total 8 products (6 paid and 2 free) in 3 months• If you select 25415 (quantity 1) and 25416 (quantity 1), you get total 8 products (6 paid and 2 free, 25415=3+1 & 25416=3+1) in 3 months

Note:•You can change shades every month except for the free product. •You will not be allowed to change the quantity once the subscription is active. New subscription will have to be created in case you want to add more.

Know the Details of Subscription

To know the subscription details of any particular subscription, click on that subscription and details will be shown on the same page.

Know Details & Modify Subscription

To change colour, click on “Modify (Change Colour)”


Modify Subscription Select different shade for every catalogue from options and Click “Save”


If the product is already dropped in your shopping card, you will NOT able to change the shade. First delete the complete order and then try to change the shade.

Subscription (Payment)

Click on “Order Subscribed Product(s)” for ordering (making payment) subscribed products.



Add more product (for normal product order) This step may be skipped if you only wish to order subscription products

Click “Next” (for order subscription products)

If you don’t want to take the subscription product, you can change the quantity by clicking on the quantity and Click Modify Order

The product will be automatically dropped in your next order on the same.

Click “Add Subscription” if you want to subscribe that product.The product will be subscribed and the entered product quantity will be part of your subscription from same month.

Terms & Conditions


• Have to place an order in 3 (for coloration) consecutive months in order to receive the free product with the 3rd product

• Change of product (e.g. Hair Colour shade) can be made on-line and off-line every month.

• Invoice with every product, monthly payment by existing payment modes

• Multiple subscriptions are possible for the consultant but we suggest to do single quantity in a subscription to get the more control on it.

• Can join the subscription program in any catalogue

• Have to place an order every month in order for the Hair Colour product to be sent to the customer

• If not placing an order in every catalogue month the Hair Colour product will not be automatically sent to customer

• The consultant will be automatically removed from the subscription program if she/he fails to place an order within a catalogue cycle.

• Automatically renewed for the next subscription cycle. Cancellation has to be made manually by subscriber.

• Can choose between present available Oriflame delivery options

• Immediate (Branch/Service Center)• Courier Outstation - prepaid• SPO• COD (city limits)

• Possibility to order through below channels;• Immediate (Branch/Service Center)• Via Internet• By Phone• By FAX• SPO

• Existing rules for courier and handling fees are applicable.

• Handling fees – For order value below of 1250 INR, a handling fee of 35 INR (No Handling Fee after achieving 100 BP in a calendar month)

• COD – Free delivery of Individual Order above Rs. 1700. FREE delivery of Team order above Rs. 3000. (A Single fee of Rs. 70 shall be charged on order(s) below this value.

• Courier Outstation - FREE delivery for Individual order above Rs. 3000. FREE delivery for Team order above Rs. 6000. (A single fee of Rs. 80 shall be charged on order(s) below this value

FAQsHow do I subscribe through VIP order facility?In VIP ordering, when consultant enter any HairX product code, on next window it will ask you to convert that product into subscription.

Both First and last name fields should not be mandatory. It restricts us. This feature is helpful tracking the subscription summary if you have many subscriptions under you.

If I do not go through subscription page, then do I miss subscription? When consultant enters any HairX TruColour product code, on next window it will ask them to convert that product into subscription. The subscription will appear on offers when you enter any HairX TruColor product code.

Can we choose the free color in the 3rd month? Yes. You can change the color of the free color by visiting subscription page.

If I did not place any order in second/third month then do I get the free product? No, consultant should take subscription order every month. If they fail to take any order in between then they are out of subscription cycle. And do not get the free product as their subscription is cancelled.

Where will I get my subscribed products? Subscription products will be delivered to consultants only. It will not be delivered to end customers.

How do I get my subscribed product in second month? A.In second month, the product will automatically be dropped in your first order of that month B.If you wish to change the shade of product in second month, you have to visit subscription page and change, it will be updated in your order

How many subscriptions can I take?A.You can take multiple subscriptions with no limitation on the quantityB.Quantity of products in each subscription cannot be changed once fixed

Do I need to pay for all 3 products at a same time?No, you have to pay only when you get the product

Where can I find subscription on oriflame.co.in? You have to login on website and visit My Pages>>Quick Links>>Shopping Features>>Subscription

Can I change the quantity in a subscriptionNo, if you added multiple quantities in single subscription, you can’t change the quantity.

I am not able to change the shade for current month product If your current month products is already dropped in shopping page, you will not able to change the shade. You have to empty your basket and then visit subscription page to change the shade.
