Requirement gathering and system configure based on the requirements. Designed intercompany profits (ICP’s) in the system to do the actual product costing for intercompany product transfer.

Activated material ledger (ML) in the system to get actual costing. Splits all the costing’s in CKM3N different areas like ICP1, ICP2, ICP3, Variance, Finished product usage, Exchange rate variances etc.

Change Pointer: Configured change pointer for material master “Planned price1” change. i. Created custom message type (WE81), ii. Assigned with standard IDOC type MATMAS05 (WE82).iii. Created a Business object with Change Event and assign the Events to

As a Workflows consultant, I had solved many business requirements of clients. And always tried to provide standard possible solutions provided by ERP.

ready for print (Smartform) also downloaded the same to overlay system. OOPs ABAP ALV: ZSBM (Sales business monitor) report- This ABAP program is a quick way to

identify, sort, group open orders and a full order monitoring cockpit. It will be the preferred way to not only see the status of an order but to initiate the next step in the order process. For example, if an order is on Credit Hold, this identifies the order as such. Clicking on the status takes the user to the correct transaction to clear the credit hold.

Added a new field to provide visibility to the duration within which a Blocked Document in GTS will be released by Compliance TeamTechnical: Screen Enhancement (Additional TAB A): Ztable created: SLA maintained in a Z Table in HH:MM:SS Format. Following additional data will be added to the interface i472.

Compliance SLA Date and Time Stamp

Logic: Show time stamp only for blocked documents in GTS.

Documents introduced to fulfill RMA (return merchandise authorization) For Returns/Replacement, once blocked in GTS, have to be released in a timely fashion. The service level of release depends on Customer SLA (Service level agreement).

The visibility to SLA (Time by when a Document will be released in GTS) is not available in upstream systems such as ECC and CRM.

So SLA maintained in a Z Table in HH:MM:SS Format .

Compliance SLA is the time by when a Blocked Document will be released in GTSCompliance SLA is derived from SLA maintained in Z Table in GTS.

GTS Document is considered on Block if the Status sent to ECC is RED - Existing Interface functionality.Date and Time Stamp that will be re-published will be based on Change Date and Time (Re-Screening)

ii. Transaction Code - /SAPSLL/MATMAS_DIRR3.

User exit: The enhancement used to add Product Lifecycle to existing Material Transfer In-terface.

Mapping of additional Fields: Custom Fields created in GTS to receive the additional data sent from ECC to GTS.

The Material Classification Screen presents the additional Fields and allow user to display Materials that match the User Inputs entered into this Field.

Technical: Change pointer in MM02.

Logic: Additional Fields are required by Classification Team that works in Trade Compliance Group. They can filter Products based on Product Lifecycle and prioritize classification of Mate-rial that is deposited in the Classification Work list.

Solved Standard SAP GTS configuration issue by debugging/analysing the standard program and enhanced the same as required by clients

If user double click on the training date then this date will automatically filled with current date.

By using this report user can save multiple training (Different training class, Training type, Instructor) record of an employee.

Changes in the Smartforms for Purchase Order in SRM 7.0.

Created a RFC in ECC to calculate the tax code (Which is changed according to ECC config-uration during creation of a PO in SRM). This RFC is called from SRM and returns the changed Tax code of ECC system. After that on implicit enhancement has been created in the FM: BBP_TAX_UPDATE_TAX_SEG of SRM system to update the tax code in SRM.

Implicit enhancement:

o It has been created to update asset master SRM to ECC with cost center, Description, Plant, Quantity, Unit of Measurement, Requestor.

o It is used to enhance the F4 help of Plant and F4 help of Storage location. (Storage loca-tion description will be displayed in the Storage location F4 help in the item data tab of a shopping cart.)

BAPI_FIXEDASSET_CHANGE: BAPI is used to change Asset master.

ing required data from an excel file into SAP custom tables using WEBDYNPRO application. It will help them to claim their warranty. They can use this application online.

o Part: 2> after the successful creation of IRU one reference file will be upload which will contain the picture of the damaged material..

o Part: 3> in this part I created a RFC which will convert the DOC-ID into XTRING format. The JAVA developer will use this XTRING.

Monthly retail entry:o Developed the Webdynpro application for Monthly retail entry.

o Using this application user can see the details of Quantity, Brand description, cat-egory , brand code based on sold to party country, distributor, ship to party coun-try, retail month. And they can also edit the quantity and save to the correspond-ing table.

Ship-to-country level sales plan:o Developed the Webdynpro application for Ship-to-country level sales plan:

o Using this application user can see Brand, Brand variant description, Customer brand variant description, TP Qty, FP Qty. In a table (Screen). Then user can se-lect Brand and can see the details of that brand in another screen table.

o There are two radio buttons for tentative quantity and Firm plan quantity. After selecting the radio button user can edit the corresponding Qty. Then they can save those data to a custom table.

Changed the logic of an ALV report. Few plants are closed so I remove those plants from that report.

Performed an enhancement for the below checking in transaction VT02N (Change shipment) using BADI_LE_SHIPMENT.

Purpose: If user wants to change any shipment then it will check whether the invoice of that shipment is created or not. If it was created then system will not allow the user to change the shipment.

Module pool:o Packing cost: This application contains three screens.

o First screen one for initial input (Financial year) and two radio buttons (i.e. Target and Actual).

o Second screen is for Target costs (When select Target radio button).In this screen user can see the Target value (If available) or change or can enter the cost (Quarter wise).

o Third screen is for Actual costs (When select Actual radio button). In this screen at first user can see target cost (Brand wise) which were already saved by sec-ond screen. Then they can select any brand and after clicking Display button they can see the actual cost (If available) of the particular brand (Selected brand) or they can enter or change the actual cost.

o The Target costs will be saved as ‘TAR’ and the Actual cost will be saved as ‘ACT’.

Key Deliverables and responsibilities: ALV: Developed an ALV report for FGs material management availability check. The report

calculates the total quantity and available quantity of material based on Plant, Storage loca-tion and Batch. Also check the updated retail price of the materials as per date. It also con -verts the total quantity and available quantity into cases. It is a dynamic report. The report contains a refresh button in the output. This button used for recalculation and for getting re-freshed data.

ALV: Developed an ALV report for Invoice list with specific customs number for import. The need for this FRICEW (REPORT) comes from the statutory requirement from Custom Author-ity for PM Serbia to report the Imported Goods received in the Bonded warehouse within a period.
