Pursuant to 39 C.F.R. § 3007.40, Amazon Fulfillment Services, Inc.

(“AFSI”), respectfully requests access to nonpublic library reference USPS-

RM2016-12/NP1, which the Postal Service filed under seal on August 22, 2016.

The Postal Service consents to this motion.

The four reviewing representatives proposed by AFSI are Lawrence G. Buc

and Sander Glick, president and vice-president, respectively, of SLS Consulting,

at Bates White Economic Consulting. Attached are executed declarations by the
