Fill your Capability Gap with Advanced Surface & Underwater Mobility Products from STIDD.

MADE IN U.S.A.

STIDD Systems, Inc. was founded in 1991 as amanufacturer of Government and CommercialMarine Seating. In 1998 it began development ofits first Submersible Boat. Today its customersinclude the Marine Corps, US Army, US SpecialOperations Command, US Coast Guard andInternational SOF Units.

OUR FACILITIESSTIDD Systems, Inc. occupies a 1.5 acreshipyard with 62,000 square feet ofcomputerized manufacturing facilities, design and administrative offices located onthe Greenport, Long Island harbor, approximately 90 statute miles due east ofNew York City and 16 nautical milessouthwest of New London, CT.

STIDD Systems' facility has been incontinuous use as a shipyard since 1831.In World War I, the shipyard built 60 ft.patrol boats, and during World War II, theyard set Navy production records, delivering440 136 ft. minesweepers and 1,100landing craft with a labor force of 7,500workers on three shifts.

STIDD Systems opened its SubmersibleBoat Training and Evaluation Facilitylocated in South Florida in 2003.

Florida provides an ideal location for not onlyconducting acceptance trials and deliveriesof STIDD Submersible Boats, but, also givesprospective customers and new users anideal aquatic and professional environmentin which to evaluate our products.

STANDARD DPDThe STIDD Diver Propulsion Device (DPD) is the most widely usedmilitary-grade underwater mobility platform in the world. TheDPD enables divers to travel farther and faster with more payloadthan previously possible with any other diver propulsion device.

 NAVSEA 9310 Certified

Approved for US Navy Use (ANU Listing)

Under contract to USMC, US Army, USSOCOM, andmany International SOF Maritime Units

STANDARD DPD -EXTENDED RANGEWith the addition of a second High Capacity “MUSCLES” Lithium-Ion Battery System, the Standard DPD with Extended RangeOption effectively doubles the Range.

200% the Range of a Standard DPD

 Two Batteries Required

Same Dimensions & Certifications as Standard DPD

DUAL THRUSTER DPD-XTThe DPD with Dual Thruster (DPD-XT) provides operators not onlyadditional speed and range, but also two independently redundantpropulsion systems. The DPD-XT maintains all of the StandardDPD’s exterior dimensions and certifications. The DPD-XT utilizestwo (2) standard DPD batteries which power two (2) standard DPDthrusters. For missions that require extended speed and range, theDual Thruster DPD is an ideal platform.

 33% Faster than Standard DPD

 Redundant propulsion improves mission saftey

Twin high efficiency, low noise direct drive DC thruster motors with high Bollard thrust Kort nozzles

 Two Batteries

Additional towing capacity: easily tows 3-4 divers with full load

All DPD models quicklyconvert from deployed rapid

operation mode to stowedlightweight space-saving

transportation mode.

RNAV is an innovative advanced electronicnavigation system, providing enhancedsituational awareness for the DPD.The RNAV offers the combat diver precise surfaceand submerged moving map navigation andbottom scanning sonar via dual displaysergonomically positioned to reduce fatigue andworkload. Displayed information includes:position, heading, course, speed over ground, calibration quality, routing waypoints & tracking, depth to bottom with bottom contours, depthbelow surface and leg and mission timers. Thisinformation is displayed on two displays eachindependently controlled.Integrated into a proprietary STIDD pressurecontainer with gloved hand push button interface,RNAV provides DPD operators the convenienceand confidence of a proven, MOTS, electronicnavigation system.

REMOTE CARD READER for RNAVenables pre-mission planning and post-mission dataexchange between RNAV and a PC, as well as rapidupload of any C-Map nautical chart worldwide.

RNAV FEATURES• The STIDD Recon Navigation (RNAV) system provides surface and

submerged moving map navigation as well as bottom sonar capabilities to the STIDD Diver Propulsion Device (DPD).

• Pinpoint accuracy reduces navigation errors and maximizes battery endurance.

• Global map coverage allows for full spectrum of mission planning and execution.

• Self-contained system is ready for mounting into the DPD, in a neutrally buoyant configuration to maximize DPD efficiency.

• Utilizes the on-board DPD “MUSCLES” battery for reliable operation with low power draw.

• “Hot” start GPS position acquisition in under 10 seconds, signal re-acquisition in less than 1 second.

• On board sensors: 20 channel GPS, Doppler Velocity Log (DVL), directional gyro, high accuracy heading sensor, 3-axis accelerometers, 3-axis magnetometer and ultrasonic speed sensor.

• Automatic switching between between GPS and DVL depending on data quality minimizes position errors.

• Digital depth sensor with selectable frequencies monitors and displays bottom contours, depth to bottom, and water temperature.

• High accuracy pressure transducer displays digital depth below surface to the diver.

DPD/RNAVDeployable Mast/Antenna• Ruggedized, pressure-proof antenna

on 48 in. (122 cm) locking and pivoting mast.

• Mast can be deployed while submerged to facilitate position update “sneak and peek”.

• Proven single-handed lock mechanism is simple to deploy and stow while on the surface, underway, or submerged.

The RNAV mast easily folds-down tostow and lock when not in use.

TransportabilityThe DPD is lightweight and can easily be launched orrecovered by two people overthe beach or over the side of a support craft. The DPD,ready-to-run, fits easily in astandard Air Drop Bag forparachute deployment. TheDPD is 24 inches (61 cm) indiameter and when collapsed, measures under 55 inches(140 cm) in length. Its “MUSCLES” Li-Ion batterysystem is approved forcommercial air cargo transport.

Air-DDrop / Load OutThe DPD may be adapted forrigging as a door bundle usingthe standard A21 cargo bag(shown), or as a tandembundle using the DPD Heavy-Duty Carry Bag. (A21 Cargo Bagnot available from STIDD)

The STIDD 32.5 ft. (10m) MRCC is an innovative,

medium-sized, rigid hull, multi-purpose, maritime

platform that offers the versatility of a fast surface

boat, reduced semi-submerged observability, and

submerged propulsion all in one proven, reliable

package.

• Buoyancy Control System (BCS) allows the MRCC to sink, become neutral, or re-surface.

• MRCC carries 2 crew and up to 6 passengersand significant additional payload.

• MRCC powered on the surface and semi-submerged by a turbo-diesel waterjet propulsion package in a pressure proof “Engine-Room-in-a-Can” container, resulting in long range and reduced acoustic and thermal observability.

• Powered submerged by battery-poweredhigh efficiency electric thrusters. Batteries capable of re-charging at sea when surfaced.

• Optional hardpoints accommodate multiple weapon systems.

• Available integrated electronics include; Forward Looking SONAR, Multi-Function Flat Screen Displays, Doppler Velocity Log (DVL) & Navigation,System Monitoring & Controls, and Surface/Submerged Communication Systems.

The MRCC’s designenables a low profile, low

signature presence inboth semi-permissive

and non-permissiveoperating environments.
