WHAT DO I DO?These 50 minute clinics are taught to you by one of our Fitness Professionals and are held in small groups at 9:30am. Please dress comfortable in sportswear and be ready to have fun!

March 31 | Functional TrainingA fundamental class to define this type of training, why it's important, and how to get started. Activity will include resistance exercises using body weight, stability ball, medicine ball, and other functional tools.

April 7 | Stretching 101Learn the importance of stretching and how to get the most out of your stretch. Learn how to stretch standing and on a mat using stretch bands and just your body weight.
