Convenient operation.The guard release is integrated in the two-stage switch and can be operated by both right and left-handers. The same applies for the safety switch-on lock.

No dangerous obstacles.The cable holder keeps your workplace tidy and eliminates dangerous obstacles when you transport the machine.

Easy-to-read scales.The easy-to-read scales are abrasion-resistant, the pointer can also be adjusted. The rotary base has a 60° range and is adjusted via the convenient clamp lever.

Robust and stable.The KAPEX was designed for tough industrial applications. The large magnesium diecast base with rubber feet provides maximum stability.

Secure workpiece support surface.The large sliding quick-release fences allow the accurate positioning of workpieces in their ”original wall position” and the attachment of self-manufactured positioning supports.

Dust extraction.The KAPEX is fitted with an extraction connector and an efficient chip deflector funnel: the chips are extracted directly where they are produced.

... with fine inclination angle adjustment and rotary base.The saw blade on the KAPEX can be tilted 47° to either side and the rotary base turned 50° to the left and 60° to the right. The convenient quick-release clamp, easy-to-read scales and fine inclination angle adjustment feature make angles easier to adjust. Setting up the machine for double mitre cuts is just as easy.

... with bevel and dual-line laser.The bevel stowed in the bevel holder allows the precision transfer of interior and exterior angles to the KAPEX – no measurements, calculations or inaccuracies. Even complex an-gles are transferred accurately because the bevel calculates the dissecting angle automatically.

Then place the bevel against the fence on the KAPEX and align the rotary base with the bevel using the dual-line laser.

The transport safety device, clamp, cable holder and well-positioned hand grips make the machine easy to trans-port. ... due to the dual-line laser.The double cutting line mark on the KAPEX indicates the exact width of the saw cut on the workpiece. The new dual-line laser on the KAPEX enables convenient positioning of workpieces from the left or right and accelerates your working progress.

It‘s as simple as that:Switch the dual-line laser on or off, depending on requirements. If unused for 30 minutes, the laser switches off automatically to protect the laser unit.

Irrespective of whether you position the workpiece from the left or right: the dual-line laser shows you the exact width of the cut.

The two laser lines can be readjusted if required.
