TO: Commanding Officer, 24th Detac~ent Special Troops, Second Army, Camp Shelby, Mississippi.

l. For compliance insofar as Shipment No. 8224-B is concerned and for compli:mce insofar as personnel, adoinistration and supply insofar Shipment Nos. 822lrA, C and D are concerned. This will include issuance of movement orders when call from Port is received.

2. You will tnke the necessnry act'ion pertaining to personnel as outlined in parngrnph 4, Section I, Second Army Circular No. 76, 18 September 1943 ns amended by Section I, Second Arr:ry Circular No . 14, c.s ..

3. The · provlslons of Sections II c:nd III, Circular No. 6, this Hendqunrters, c.s., will be complied with where applicabl e.

4. The provisions of Section II, Viar Depnrtment Circular No. 92., dated 2 March 1944, will be strictly conplied with;

5.- You will submit the reports to the Comr:k.mding General; Army Ground ForcGs, as directed in paragraph 7, basic communication.­Similnr reports will be r.1<1.de to this Headquarters, by telegraph, and will include n. statement to the effect that all other reports required by this order hnve been .mnde .

6. In r eference to these movements, the code dosignntions (ship­Llent numbers) will be used in lieu of unit designations , except mail addr ess as explnined in paragraph 18 of POM.
