The City of Subiaco is kicking off its sunset@subi summer concert series with a special Christmas concert on Sunday 23 December at Theatre Gardens, featuring A Capella West and The Milford Street Shakers. A Cappella West is an award-winning female vocal harmony chorus who will sing beautifully arranged Christmas songs and well-known Christmas carols. Members of Perth’s premier soul band The Milford Street Shakers will perform jazzed up versions of popular Christmas songs and there will be a special guest appearance from Santa Claus. The sunset@subi free concert series covers a mix of sounds and genres suitable for the whole family. The concerts take place in various parks around the city. Pack a picnic dinner, blanket and low chairs to enjoy the festivities. For the full program, visit www.subiaco.wa.gov.au/concerts
