Broccoli Salad with Tomatoes
Ingredients:
� Fresh Broccoli
� Tomatoes
Bring a pot of water to boiling and add broccoli. Cook for 5-6 minutes (keep the temperature
so that the water is boiling). Take broccoli out to cool off and then slice it.
Cut tomatoes in slices, and then mix with sliced broccoli.
Add finely cut parsley and fennel herbs, salt and sugar to taste. Add olive oil and fresh
lemon juice.
