feature story on our nutritional
drive. Check your emails for an
update should the story air on

For the past several years, SU
has experienced drastic
cutbacks. These cuts have
impacted campus-wide
programs including athletics.
Therefore, it is with great
excitement that the Home
Chapter has stepped up to the
“Goal” to make a difference .
On September 22nd, Chapter
President, Cortny provided the
Athletic Director and Coaching
staff with a report on the suc-
cess of the nutritional drive.
See their comments below:
“Thanks for the report and for
your support!”
Dr. William Broussard, Ph.D.
“Thanks, the guys are really
enjoying the items brought in.
Again, we say thanks for all of
the support.”

Happy 100 Years Jaguar Nation. May the
Lord bless us with 100 more years.
The month of September has been ex-
tremely busy for our chapter. We had a
very productive Chapter meeting on Sep-
tember 3rd (full of ideas, game plans, up-
dates and so much more).
It is extremely important for the executive
body to stay in contact with you, so provide
Kellie Moore, Secretary with your most up-
to-date mailing & email address,
phone number, emergency contact, and
date of birth. We want to keep you in-
formed, enlightened, and connected.
I encourage all of our members to own the
Nutrition Drive. This project is helping in
ways you cannot imagine.
Don’t forget to purchase your SU Apparel from
your local Albertson Stores in Baton Rouge and
Alexandria, as well as, Top Choice.
Finally, wishing all of the Home Chapter
Members who are celebrating October birthdays
a very special “Happy Birthday”.
