Key Facts:Accept the fact that you have 2 hands, one brain and 24 hours a day nobody has more than this.
So even if you want, you cant work for more than 24 hours a day.
It means, we all have a limit. Our goal should be to try our best within our limit.
Some Tips:
1. Know ThyselfDo what you love to do. Dont run after money, better run after work, and then money will run after you soon.
2. Less is MoreDont take on more work or personal responsibilities than you can realistically handle.
Taking 5 challenges and finishing 3 is better than taking 10 challenges and finishing 2.
Dont be a Jack of all trades/ and master of none. Rather be a master of some skills/ and possess sound knowledge about everyday things.
3. SimplicityTry to be less materialistic, and keep your life simple. Why buy a car if you can avail of public transport?

Accept the fact that, no hardwork will bring no success. Accepting this fact, will make you a good human being and a successful one.

Refuse to entertain negative or self-derogatory thoughts and emotions.
