DESCRIPTION

Gov. Scott Walker's administration recently ruled that the state's $7.25 minimum wage is a living wage. Upon that determination, the administration was asked to produce all documents on which that ruling was based. The only economic analysis it released in response was this study from the Wisconsin Restaurant Association, whose website says it represents low-wage "fast food outlets."
