Project Schedule: Site Plan Submission – 28 May 2019

Permit Submission – July/August 2019

Construction Start – August/September 2019

Project Completion – Winter 2019/Spring 2020

Project Description: Project will include development of a currently vacant lot at 106 Franklin Ave. The Developer

(Pyramid Masonry) is currently working to purchase the vacant site from the City of Des Moines.

Development of the site will include (2) new masonry & steel buildings; Building 1: 60’x60’ and

Building 2: 60’x90’. Development will also include a masonry dumpster enclosure, new site

utilities, an underground storm water collection system and new landscaping. The development is

following the Central Place Industrial Park development requirements.

Sustainability: Per the development requirements the following four sustainability standards will be incorporated

into the project.

- Bike racks for public use (min. 10% of automobile parking).

- Permeable pavement (min. 30%).

- 50% increase in required landscaping.

- Redevelopment of a previously developed site.
