    Conclusions: ... Reactor E-cat produces thermal energy in an amount comparable to

    nuclear transformation, but running at low energies and gives no radioactive waste,

    no radiation. From the point of view, common in nuclear physics, this can not be.

    Nevertheless, we have to state that the experimental results obtained in this test

    show that the heat output is greater than the heat output possible chemical reactions,and that the isotopic composition of the fuel has changed during operation of the

    reactor. The absence of a satisfactory theoretical explanation for this can not be a

    reason for the rejection or neglect of the experimental data ...

    LENR - a new class of nuclear reactions that are realized in

    many experimental productions at low energies, resulting in

    changes in the isotopic composition of the reagents, the releaseof large amounts of heat are often without the formation of

    neutron flux and gamma-ray induced radioactivity.

    Necessary system experimental and theoretical studies of the

    phenomenon of LENR, a comprehensive analysis of theobtained data, a wide expert discussion

    Understanding and mastering the mechanisms LENR will solve a

    lot of applications, including: the creation of cheap autonomouspower plants, high-technology decontamination of nuclear waste

    and the conversion of chemical elements.
