Districts and schools have systems in place to provide academic support for students, but what does that look like on the academy level? Participants at this session will test-drive an intervention asset-mapping tool and consider ways academy teams may provide practical support for students in danger of academic failure and dropping out. • Fails one or more core academic courses
• Is 10 credits or more behind by the end of 9th grade
• Scores in bottom 25% on benchmark tests
• Absent 5 or more total days/semester
• Gets 4 or more votes during team meeting roll call
