LEAVE AND ATTENDANCE POLICY 1. WHEN YOUR CHILD CAN MISS SCHOOL
The guardian can only allow the child to miss school if either:
a) theyre too ill to go to school
b) they have got advance permission from the school
2. HOLIDAYS IN TERM TIME
The parent have to get permission from the Director or School if they want to take their child out of
school during term time.
This can be done only if:
The guardian make an application to the Director or School in advance
there are exceptional circumstances
Its up to the Director or School how many days the child can be away from school if leave is granted.
3. CLASS ATTENDANCE
a) Attending the 1st day of school after the vacations is compulsory. If any unavoidable absence from
school is planned, it should be approved by the school management well in advance.
b) A student who fail to attend in the class without any reason mentioned in paragraph 1 will be fined
Tk. 50 for each of the class on the day.
c) A student who is absent for more than 20% of class during a term may not be progressed to the
next term.
d) The student should reach the campus before start of first class of the day as per the class routine.
e) The child will only be given to the person who shows the Pick-up card. Without the Pick-up card the
will NOT be allowed to leave the school premises.
f) The student should be picked up within 20 minutes from the time the class ends from the
respective class.
g) Parents should not send their child to school if the child is suffering from communicable diseases
like conjunctivitis, chicken pox, mumps, Swine Flu, etc. till he is certified by the doctor as 'fit to
attend school and free from the risk of infecting others'. And this should be reported in the
attendance record of the diary.

SCHOOL REGULATIONS 1. SCHOOL SUPPLIES & BELONGINGS
a)
2. GENERAL RULES
a) Students nails should be cut at least once a week. In addition, the hair should be of decent length.
There will be an inspection of hair, nails etc. every Sunday.
b) Parents are advised to provide home-made tiffin (nutritious and healthy food) and water-bottle for
their child. It is advised to avoid processed foods like potato chips, wafers, fried snacks, etc.
c) Parents should ensure that their child wears the uniform every day from the first day of school (only
late new admissions will be excused for the 1st week of school). The school uniform worn should be
according to the specifications laid down by the school. The school preserves the right to prevent a
student from attending school in case the dress deviates the specified uniform.
d) Parents should ensure that the child carries only those books required for the day as per the class
routine.
e) Monthly tuition fees should be paid on or before the 10th of each month.
f) Parents should check their children's school diary daily and duly acknowledge with their signature
any circular or note from the school.
g) Any information acquired from other than the person assigned by the authority, or written notices
served by the school is considered to be invalid. The Management cannot be held responsible for
the actions carried out by parents/students based on such unauthorized information. Therefore, no
enquiries should be made to the staff/security guards/cleaners.
h) Any correspondence related to your child or the school should only be made with the person
specified by the school authority. Please contact Mr. Md. Mahbubul Hassan, Academic Coordinator,

3. SCHOOL UNIFORM FOR BOYS
a) Description/Specification:
