� Before the meeting:

�Plan the meeting carefully: who, what, when, where, why 

� Prepare agenda and send it out in advance

� Reports, documents and other preparations

required from the members must be prepared beforehand

�Start on time

� Make an expectation check and level off with themembers by stating the objectives of the meeting

� Review, revise, rearrange the agenda if necessary
