STUDENT CONSERVATION ASSOCIATION EARTH DAY 2015 SATURDAY, APRIL 25, 2015 Washington Park Arboretum, Seale, WA Come celebrate Earth Day with the Student Conservaon Associaon through a day of service at Washington Park Arboretum and UW Botanical Gardens in Seale. Volunteers will work to improve the health of this public green space with a variety of hands-on projects around the arboretum. WHEN: Saturday, April 25th, 9:00 am to 2:00 pm WHERE: Washington Park Arboretum, 2300 Arboretum Drive East, Seale, WA 98112. (#43 or #48 bus to 24th Ave East at Lynn Street.) Meet at the Meadow just west of the Graham Visitor Center. WHAT: Volunteers will complete a variety of volunteer projects around the arboretum. BRING WITH YOU: Please wear long pants and closed-toe shoes, preferably work boots or sturdy sneakers. Bring rain gear, sunscreen, a packed lunch, and a reusable water bole. PROVIDED: SCA will provide bagels and coffee in the morning, as well as Earth Day t-shirts! Please sign up at www.thesca.org/earth-day-seale-2015 to complete the online waiver. Quesons?
