To place an order using the “Student Activity Catering Menu”,
your order must be confirmed using the Portland Community College Student Activity Fund

Placing Your OrderPlace orders online at www.pcc.edu/catering. If orders are placed less than 5 business days before the event items will be charged regular menu pricing.

Step 1 Fill out the online order form. You will receive a confirmation email saying we received your order.
Step 2 We process your order and send you an invoice with pricing details. Step 3 Review, sign, and return the invoice and return to us to finalize your order.
● This menu is available to recognized
student programs funded by student fees.
● This menu is only available during hours
when Food Service is open.
● Orders from this menu must be placed 5
business days in advance of the event.
● Prices are for self-service and are to be
picked up at the campus Food Service.
● By ordering from this menu, the group
takes responsibility for clean-up and any
equipment returned.
● After receiving the invoice, the Food
Authorization form must be signed and
returned 2 days prior to the event. If the
form is not received, the food order will
be canceled.

Cooked in PCC Food Service kitchen. PCC Food Service will set up the chafer dishes, deliver the food, and come back to pick up the equipment.
