Student 360We have begun to shape process which will form the 360o student appraisals of teachers. Teachers and students will, separately, complete a form based on the 30 statements outlined below beneath the ten aspects of Truly Great Teaching, judging the teacher on a 1-6 scale for each of the 30 statements. This will establish numeric judgements on performance in the ten aspects of our Truly Great Teaching for the teacher; we will then compare the students perceptions of the teacher with the teachers perception of themselves; that comparison will then form the basis of a coaching conversation with a Teacher Coach.
