and heavier objects – such as components, prefabricated modules and infrastructural elements.

budget parameters.Backed by extensive experience in crane boom fabrication, Pollisum has been

engaged to construct a 300ton Derrick Crane on barge which includes a set of 48m length Lattice Boom, Slewing assembly and other structural components.

With highly qualified engineers and an R&D facility capable of designing engineering services to meet your engineering needs. The 150-ton lifting frame carrying a module for

the rig is the recent example of our engineering capabilities. Past designs and fabrication projects include overhead traveling crane, mobile aerial platform, pipeline trans-pooling

chute, caged ladder, cylinder racks, different types of water tanks, and various construction concrete and sand buckets.

Our company has also a wide range of metal services such as plate and section rolling, press braking, punching different types and sizes of holes on plates and sections, notching tubes and pipes, shearing of

plates, and metal working using lathe machine.

CENTER DISCHARGE RECUMBENT BUCKET CONCRETE HOPPEROur Super Bucket is designed with a sunny hose attached to the valve to promote the smooth flow of concrete through the valve. The opening and closing of the valve can be easily managed by the attached handle which

controls the flow and prevent spillage of cement.

Our Sand Bucket is manufactured using mild steel plate to allow transportation of heavy materials such as sand, gravel, excavation waste and scrap metals. Larger capacities with such large safe working load has

been designed and fabricated with this type of bucket.

Our Cylinder Rack is made of fully welded steel which can be used for both industrial and construction cylinder stand. It can store acetylene, argon, butane, carbon dioxide (CO2), helium, hydrogen, and nitrogen

cylinders. Available in various cylinder capacities.

Our Lifting Cylinder Rack is made of fully welded steel which can be used for both industrial and construction cylinder stand. It can store acetylene, argon, butane, carbon dioxide (CO2), helium, hydrogen and nitrogen

cylinders. Available in various cylinder capacities.

Our Center Discharge Concrete Bucket is designed for fast and direct unloading of concrete with levered operated discharged capabilities. Forklift pockets can be added as per request.

Our Side Discharge Concrete Bucket is designed for fast side unloading of concrete with levered operated discharged capabilities. Forklift pockets can be added as per request.

Our Recumbent Bucket is specially designed to hold larger capacity with a relatively lower height to suit various complex terrain at the work sites. A sunny hose can be attached to its valve, which is easily

maneuvered by a spring handle to ease control.

Our Concrete Hopper is designed for fast direct unloading of concrete.

RESCUE MAN CAGE

MAN CAGEThe Self Dumping Crane Bucket is designed to hold huge volume of materials. The under-the-hook crane attachment makes it hands-free operation which allows the personnel to work safely and systematically.

The main function of this Rescue Man Cage is to transport personnel during first aid rescue operation. The cage is large enough to accommodate a rescue stretcher which can be used for evacuation. It is equipped with the safety door and locking system. The metal roofing of the cage is sloped a bit to prevent stagnant rain water. Complete load test certificate and tested wire sling, chop and sign by professional engineer to guarantee very good quality product.

Our Man Cage is designed to transport personnel and to carry out job safely in short duration of time.
