We set out years ago to not only reinvent how hot tubs are made, but to also redefine howthey are covered. We believed that there needed to be a cover that would be able to last aslong as our DURA-LAST™ spa cabinet... a cover that wouldn’t absorb moisture, or deteriorate... a cover that not only would exceed the old standards of heat retention, but,one that would actually protect the hot tub while enhancing its ease of use and cosmeticappearance. The results of our ambitious quest… The Titan HardCover!

The Titan HardCover is molded from durable, color-coordinating resin, which is able to with-stand the harshest of environments while providing the highest degree of safety, along witha unique energy-saving insulation method. The Titan HardCover is molded hollow, then filledwith a proprietary formulation of insulating foam. This foam is encapsulated within the resincover, thus protecting it from moisture and the harsh chemical vapor barrier that forms be-tween the water’s surface and the underside of covers.

With the Titan HardCover we not only re-sculpted how a spa cover appears, but, we also redefined how it opens. All of our Titan HardCover systems open smoothly in two parts bysimply pulling the lever arm toward you. Then, the cover is reclosed with the same simplic-ity. Once closed, the Titan HardCover acts similar to a tortoise’s shell and is virtually impreg-nable to whatever humans, or nature, throws its way.

QUALITY ASSURANCEEvery Strong Spa® is required to pass a rigorous quality-control inspection, which includes more than 100 quality-assurance checkpointsand a minimum 4-hour water test, during which all of the systems aretested for quality and performance.

PRODUCTION AND MANUFACTURINGThe way we build our hot tubs is what makes Strong unique. StrongSpas are made in the USA at our Pennsylvania facility, using American-made components.

The cabinet process begins with a hollow, two-part mold, which is filledwith granular polyethylene polymer. The mold is mounted to a sophisti-cated machine, which externally heats while biaxially rotating the mold.The heat softens the powder into liquid form. As the mold rotates, themelted material coats the inside of the mold.

Intelligent software distributes the material evenly to ensure consistencyof product. Once cooled, the two-part mold is opened, revealing the fin-ished resin component.

ALL-WEATHER CONSTRUCTION Strong Spas are uniquely insulated to save energy and maintain watertemperature so they can be enjoyed year-round. Our patented, virtuallyindestructible DURA-LAST resin cabinet is designed to withstand theharshest of climates and is backed by a Lifetime Warranty!

The Process of Rotational MoldingRotational molding, also knownas “roto-mold”, is a highly ad-vanced manufacturing techniqueused to create our spas. Theprocess begins with a hollow,two-part mold, which is filledwith granular polyethylene poly-mer (advanced high-impact re-sistant powder plastic). Themold is then mounted to a so-phisticated machine, which ex-ternally heats while biaxiallyrotating the mold. The heat softens the powder into liquid form. Asthe mold rotates, the melted material coats the inside of the mold.

Intelligent software distributes the material evenly to ensure con-sistency of product. Once cooled, the two-part mold is opened, re-vealing a single-piece constructed spa.
