1951 - Central Transformer Company, Chicago, Illinois, USA
1971 - Relocates to Antioch, IL; changes name to Northlake Engineering
1984 - William A. Hardt acquires company and expands operation
1985 - Fully integrated MRP manufacturing control system implemented
1986 - 1991 - Acquisition, expansion, and a move to Bristol, Wisconsin, USA
