Effects of Stress

Causes stress related diseases like BP, Diabetes, Heart problems, Gastric problems etc.

Makes a Man dull, reduces his normal functioning levels.

Results in excess anger without any reasons.

Stress will consume lot of energy due to unnecessary thinking

If stress is not controlled in time, will lead to depression.

Planning & Decision making

Plan your goals

Plan for the year in advance and every day

Decision making is very crucial. Think well in advance before making a decision. But never go back on a decision made.

There is no 100% right or wrong decision.

Live for present

Do not brood over past except in rectifying past mistakes

Plan for the future, but not fear for the future which is not in our hands

Accept the situation, accept the persons as they are both at Home and Office

Do not have expectations of perfectness both at Home and Office

The persons can be guided /instructed of your expectations, but you cannot expect 100% compliance.

If the goal is big, try to achieve it in stages and not at immediately.

Select the goals as per your talent and capacity

Contentment

Be contented and grateful to what you are having

For things you desire, strive to achieve it. But do not get disappointed if it doesn’t

materialize

If you are contented, you will have more energy to achieve your goals

and your talents can be better utilized.

Hobbies/sports

Development of some hobby will be a boost reduce the stress. We can select any hobby like playing music, gardening, sudoku, solving puzzles etc

Playing sports is a good aerobic exercise as well as a best method to reduce the stress. Depending upon age, we can select a sport like shuttle, tennis, cricket etc.

If above both activities are not possible at least we can listen to music, play indoor games ,watch sports activities etc to reduce the stress.

YOGA/MEDITATION

Yoga has proven all over the world that it will reduce the stress and gives good energy.

Meditation calms down the mind. Little time of meditation will erase whatever stress one has accumulated.

Practice of Yoga and Meditation every day will help in leading stress free life.
