Applications are invited from employees of SERP working in cadres of APMs and CCs/MSCCs to work as Asst. Managers and Managers respectively in Stree Nidhi as per the following terms and conditions.

Note: In case of Nalgonda District if sufficient applications are not received from CCs for
the post of Asst. Manager, the applications from APMs will be considered for posting as
Managers by upgrading the vacant posts of Asst. Managers.

Eligibility criteria:
i) Employees of SERP in the cadre of CCs/MSCCs with 5 years experience as
CCs/MSCCs and 10 years experience as APMs will be eligible to apply.
ii) They should have knowledge on operating computers and knowledge on MS office
and internet operations are essential.
iii) There shall not be any charges pending against the applicant and the period of
service should be clean and unblemished .
iv) Selected candidates should be willing to work on deputation to Stree Nidhi for a
minimum period of 3 years and are transferable anywhere in the district depending
on exigency or for any reason deemed fit by Stree Nidhi. Posting will be outside
the group of mandals where his/her native mandal is located/ included.
v) They should be willing to work in the area covering any group of mandals and stay
at head quarters as decided by Stree Nidhi.
vi) CCs/MSCCs shall apply for Asst Manager post only and APMs for Manager post
only.
Selection procedure:
i) Applications received from eligible employees will be scrutinized district wise.
ii) A Screening Committee will be constituted at Stree Nidhi, Head Office to screen
the applications received. Depending on number of applications screening may be
done on the basis of written test or based on qualifications
iii) In case written test is conducted, eligible candidates will be called for interview in
the ratio of 1:2 based on marks obtained in written examination.
iv) In case of written examination the candidates knowledge will be tested in banking,
computer skills, appraisal of projects, Stree Nidhi, General knowledge,
arithmetical ability and Rural Development activities.
v) Weight-age for written examination will be 60% and interview 40%
vi) Short listed candidates will be called for interview.
vii) Merit list of selected candidates in the cadre will be decided based on marks
secured both in written examination and interview.
viii) Selected candidates lst in the order of merit will be maintained dist wise and
posting will be given as and when Stree Nidhi intends to fill the vacancies.
ix) No TA & DA will be paid for attending written test and interview
Deputation allowance:
i) Deputation allowance will be paid @ 10% of salary i.e.Remuneration and SRA as
paid by SERP. As and when salaries are revised the deputation allowance will also
be paid as per revised pay structure.
ii) Halting allowance of Rs 90/- per day for stay of more than 8 hours in a day on a
tour day will be paid and the employee shall be on tour for a minimum of 20 days
in a month. This will be monitored using GPS.
iii) Deputed staff working in the field will be eligible for FTA as per their present
eligibility i,e., Rs 2,500/- per month and vehicle maintenance allowance of Rs
700/- per month will be provided if the employee owns a vehicle.

Annexure 1
JOB PROFILES: ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITES of Manager and
Assistant Manager (Monitoring) :
a) Credit flow: Facilitating credit disbursement to the needy members in the allotted
mandals, as per the drawing power of VO and utilization of credit limits. Resolving
issues pertaining to disbursement and credits, received towards repayments.
b) Documentation: To ensure proper documentation at member and SHGs and
verification during the visits to VOs
c) Monitoring: Follow-up with VOs/TLFs/SHGs/members and staff of SERP and
MEPMA for extending required guidance to community in utilization and recovery
of loans. To visit a minimum of 40 VOs/SLFs 20 MS/TLFs in a month to monitor
operations of Stree Nidhi. Facilitate issuing of loan repayment cards to members
and SHGs for entering loan disbursement and recoveries, verifying correctness and
loan adjustment in portal etc., Report on misuse of loans if any to AGM, DGM and
HO Monitoring performance on daily basis based on reports on web and follow-up
with staff for immediate action
d) Awareness and Training:- Create awareness among SERP/MEPMA staff and train
them to build capacities of VOs/MS/TLF on functioning of Stree Nidhi. Ensure
their federations are implementing policies of Stree Nidhi.
e) Deposit mobilization: Mobilization of Samruddhi, Sankalpa and Bhavitha deposits
from SHGs. Resolving issues pertaining to credits received towards deposits.
f) Co-ordination: Co-ordinating with bank branches for bank related issues and with
SERP staff to settle the issues of community.
g) Insurance services: To educate the community on Suraksha scheme and insuring
cattle and other assets to derive the benefit in case of unforeseen incidents.
h) Financial Inclusion activities: To monitor functioning of BC/OSS centers and
proper guidance to VLEs in running the centre.
i) Others:
i. Take required steps to bring transparency in functioning and prevent
misutilisation by ensuring adherence to checks and controls.
ii. Grading of MS/VO/TLF/SLF as per parameters prescribed.
iii. Facilitate conduct of Social Audit and follow up action thereon.
iv. Any other works entrusted from time to time

Deputed staff working in the field will be eligible for FTA as per their present
eligibility i,e., Rs 2,5001- per month and vehicle maintenance allowance of Rs
7001- per month will be provided if the employee owns a vehicle.
Leaves and other facilities will be as made applicable by SERP and leave record
will be maintained by Stree Nidhi during deputation period.
SERP will pay salary, FTA, vehicle maintenance etc., to the staff on deputation and
the same will be reimbursed by Stree Nidhi to SERP on a periodical basis.However, TA bills will be settled by Stree Nidhi based on GPS data.
MD, Stree Nidhi will sanction leaves to the deputed staff from SERP. The leave
particulars of all the deputed staff will be sent to SERP on monthly basis.
Repatriation
D In case of non performance/inefficiency/indiscipline/misappropriation etc,employee concerned will be repatriated with appropriate remarks to SERP and
necessary action will be initiated by ERP.
iD In case of fraud/misappropriation, Stree Nidhi will have the right to initiatecriminal action against employee in addition to the departmental action i.e., by
SERP.
Reporting relations
i) Asst. Managers will report to Managers and Managers will report to the AGM,Stree Nidhi at the district level. TA Bills, leave letters, any representation to Head
Offrce Stree Nidhi is to be routed through AGM of the district concemed
ii) All the staff on deputation will work under the supervision of M D, Stree Nidhi andattend the work of Stree Nidhi exclusively.
iiD They shall attend to the work entrusted by Stree Nidhi.
Reporting relations
i) Selected candidates shall work on deputation to Stree Nidhi for a minimum periodof 3 years and are transferable anywhere in the district depending on exigency or
for any reason deemed fit by Stree Nidhi. Posting will be outside the group of
mandals where his/her native mandal is located/ included. Subject to mutual
consent their services can be extended bevond 3 vears
