1.  Develop a clear strategy, with consensus on your game plan to achieve the desired future state

2.  Have committed and visible leadership, who participates in identifying, defining and framing the problems and issues, as well as reaching consensus on the way forward

3.  Engage and involve stakeholders to jointly define the issues, identify the binding constraints and develop a portfolio of solutions to address the problem

8.  Embed a governance process that creates a sense of urgency for the implementation – Monitor, Track & Report on progress

9.  Ensure budget and resources are allocated to the strategic priorities.

10.  Communicate, engage and align across all levels of the organisation. Be transparent about progress, share performance and celebrate success.
