At the end of the month, review what you did or did not do this month . How can this information help you plan your action steps for next month?

If you didn’t do anything toward one of your goals, review your goal against the SMART checklist and see if you need to modify or eliminate that goal.

Keep the Goal Alive

Write your goals down in a place where you will see them daily. Check your progress on them. What is your plan to keep your goals alive? Schedule time daily to check in on your goals.

3 Barriers and Procrastination

Mind Sweep: Cleaning Out the Mind Clutter

The biggest barrier that prevents most of us from successfully accomplishing our goals is everyday life. There are constantly things that need to be done, fires to be put out, urgent things to handle, and distractions to avoid. Most of the time it is all in our heads as an endless to-do list. Clean out your “mind clutter” on a regular basis with a Mind Sweep.

Accomplish Your Goals 5 to 10 Minutes a Day

What can you accomplish in 5 minutes?

When and where will you commit to having your daily creation zone?

Can you commit at least 5-10 minutes every day to take action on your goals?

Remember, it is the small steps we take every day that move us forward. If we take one action every day, each day we are one step closer to our goal.
