Provide innovative curricular offerings which foster a more integrated learning experience
Cultivate a culture in which students experience success in another language while developing proficiency
Prioritize and promote critical thinking to help learners become adaptable participants in an ever-changing global community
Implement innovative practices for students to gain a deeper under-standing of mathematical concepts and to apply higher order mathe-matical thinking
Improve decision making through more efficient reflection of district data to determine effectiveness of strategies and programs
Ensure students develop and nurture interest in science, tech-nology, engineering, arts, and mathematics by consistently enhancing access to educational opportunities and providing expo-sure to career pathways
Strengthen the integration of technology and instruction to propel students toward conscien-tious global participation

FINANCIAL STEWARDSHIP
STRATEGIES: Work with community membersand local leaders to obtain a new revenue stream to pay for addition-al schools and facilities necessary due to growth in the City of Madi-son
Create an internal fundraising mechanism and personnel to encourage philanthropic giving for and community partnerships to support: (i) Teacher needs; (ii) Safety & Security needs; (iii) Academic program needs
Develop a personnel management and evaluation system that tracks all data points electronically
Improve technology and communi-cations with better data manage-ment, additional personnel, and better utilization of communica-tions platforms
Create a Development Office to support academic programs and teacher needs by fostering dona-tions, writing grants, and building partnerships with our community and alumni
