Lotte Hotel Tops Customer Satisfaction Index For Second Straight Year
롯데호텔이 한국생산성본부가 주관하는 ‘2013년
국가고객만족도(NCSI)’에서 2년 연속 호텔 서비스 부문
1위에 선정됐습니다. 최근 6개월 이내 이틀 이상 국내 11개
특급 호텔 중에 투숙한 경험이 있는 20세 이상 59세 이하의
외국인 1100명을 대상으로 일대일 개별 면접 조사를 실시한
결과, 롯데호텔은 82점을 기록하며 1위의 영예를
차지했습니다. 특히 로컬 호텔로서 여러 해외 체인 호텔을
제치고 고객 기대 수준과 고객인지품질 평가에서 고득점을
받으며 수상한 결과라 더욱 의미가 있습니다. 이번 수상
결과에 롯데호텔 송용덕 대표이사는 “서비스 향상을 위한
지속적인 노력이 국가고객만족도 1위 선정의 주요한
요인이라고 생각한다”고 소감을 밝혔습니다.
For the second straight year, Lotte Hotel ranked first in the hotel service category in the National Customer Satisfaction Index (NCSI) by Korea Productivity Center. The index polled 1,100 foreigners aged between 20 and 59 who have stayed for more than two days at one of 11 six-star hotels in Korea in the past six months. After one-on-one interviews with those guests, Lotte Hotel scored 82 points. It beat out international chains in customer expectations and customer quality evaluation. Song Yong-deok, CEO of Lotte Hotel, said: “I believe our continuous efforts to improve the quality of our services helped us earn this distinction in customer satisfaction.”
Lotte City Hotel Tashkent Palace Opens In Uzbekistan
지난 10월 1일, 롯데호텔은 실크로드의 거점인 우즈베키스탄의
수도 타슈켄트에 ‘롯데시티호텔타슈켄트팰리스(Lotte City
Hotel Tashkent Palace)’를 개관했습니다. 이는 롯데호텔이
위탁 경영으로 해외에 진출한 최초의 체인 호텔입니다. 기존
타슈켄트 팰리스 호텔은 지난 4월 롯데호텔과 계약을 체결한
이후, 롯데호텔모스크바와 제휴해 직원 서비스 및 직무 교육을
받았으며, 객실과 시설을 개·보수한 후 특1급 호텔 수준의
시설을 갖춘 프리미엄 비즈니스호텔로 다시 태어났습니다.
롯데시티호텔타슈켄트팰리스는 지하 1층, 지상 5층 규모에
객실 232실과 2개의 레스토랑, 연회장, 비즈니스 센터,
피트니스센터, 야외 수영장 등 최신식 부대시설을 갖췄으며,
주변에 알리셰르 나바이 오페라 발레 극장을 비롯해 독립광장,
정부 청사 등 우즈베키스탄 정치·문화의 심장부에 자리한다는
장점도 있습니다. 앞으로 롯데호텔은 2014년 베트남 하노이,
2016년 중국 선양 등에 진출해 2018년까지 국내외 각지에
40여 개 이상의 체인 호텔을 운영하는 아시아 톱 3 브랜드로
거듭날 것입니다.
On Oct. 1, Lotte Hotel opened Lotte City Hotel Tashkent Palace in Tashkent, the capital of Uzbekistan and the hub on the Silk Road. This is the first Lotte chain hotel that opened overseas under a management outsourcing agreement. The previous Tashkent Palace Hotel reached the agreement with Lotte Hotel last April, and received training on customer service and operation through a partnership with Lotte Hotel Moscow. Its guest rooms and facilities were renovated to the level of a first-class, premium business hotel. Lotte Hotel Tashkent, standing five stories above the ground with one basement floor, has 232 rooms, two restaurants, a banquet hall, a business center, a fitness center and an outdoor swimming pool, all state-of-the-art facilities. It stands at the heart of Uzbekistan politics and culture, surrounded by Alisher Navoi Opera and Ballet Theatre, Independence Square and the government offices. Lotte Hotel plans to open more locations in foreign countries, including in Hanoi, Vietnam, in 2014, and in Shenyang, China, in 2016. By 2018, it hopes to operate more than 40 chain hotels in and outside Korea and join the ranks of top three Asian hotel brands.
