Stopping By Woods on a Snowy EveningROBERT FROST

1923

Elizabeth Nofs
Is this the date when the poem was published?
Clair D
Yes it is. He wrote the poem in 1922 and published it in his volume New Hampshire in 1923.http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Stopping_by_Woods_on_a_Snowy_Evening

Whose woods these

are I think I know.

His house is in the

village though;

My little horse must

think it queer

To stop without a

farmhouse near

Between the woods

and frozen lake

The darkest evening of

the year.

He gives his harness

bells a shake

To ask if there is some

mistake.

The only other sound's

the sweep

Of easy wind and

downy flake.

The woods are lovely,

dark and deep.

But I have promises to

keep,

And miles to go

before I sleep,

And miles to go

before I sleep.

Song of Solomon

Should the Sections have the same Themes?
Clair D
No, they should each have their own Theme, IMHO.
