Stone crushers and soil stabilizers The machines of this product range are manufactured according to rigorous construction methods and are equipped with unique components, resulting from the intensive research and development activity that motivates FAE GROUP. They are special solutions, designed for a reliable and efficient performance under the most rigorous conditions. The stone crushers, particularly sturdy, thanks to the use of highly wear-resistant steel, are suitable for the maintenance and building of unpaved roads, gravel/forest roads and ski-slopes. They are ideally suited to crush stones of any type and of large dimensions, even if deeply underground. For the construction of road foundations, freeways, airports, large squares, railway lines and other infrastructural works, the ROAD product range also offers various models of soil stabilizers, which guarantee excellent results, both in terms of productivity and of uniformity of soil mixing thanks to a working depth of up to 50 cm. Optimal results are obtained by coupling the stone crushers and the soil stabilizers of the ROAD product range to tractors with an average/high performance power take-off equipped with creeper speed gears.

Up to 26 cm depth the MTM works by touching the soil solely with the rotor. Thanks to the adjustable shifting rotor (from the cab), the volume of the Crushing Chamber adjusts: the deeper you work the bigger the chamber becomes!This reduced traction effort – compared to the one of a machine whose framework would fully sink into the soil –turns into a substantial reduction of fuel consumption and an increased operating speed, therefore into a reductionof the operational costs.

Rear hydraulic protection/ rader flap to level the output material

Protection of the tractor The internal protections of the machine are in HARDOX® steel, fully and easily interchangeable, en-suring a greater resistance to wear and reducing maintenance costs

The adjustable HARDOX® counter blade ensures the desired granulometry (setting screws in the detail)

The adjustable grid on the rear hood is independent from the hood in order to work also on wet material (setting slots in the detail)

The water spray system (option) is designed for optimizing the mixing process of the lime and soil. As well it is used for dust control and cooling of the teeth and rotor in asphalt grinding operation.

The rotors are equipped with 2 different type of scraper teeth in order to keep the inside of the machine clean and dirt free

The front hood with hydraulic adjustment for a better protection of the tractor.

Rear hydraulic protection/grader hood to level the output material.

The inner protections of the machine are in HARDOX® steel and fully and easy interchange-able, ensuring a greater resistance to wear and keeping the ordinary maintenance costs low.

To ensure the desired granulometry the machine is equipped with an adjustable HARDOX® counter blade and an adjustable grid on the rear hood. The grid is independent from the hood in order to work also on wet material.

Variable shredding chamber:
