in a beautiful temporary tea room.

HALLOWEENWALK 2011MONDAy OcTOBER 31, 6pM - 8pM

The annual Preston Park Halloween Walk will test the steeliest of nerves asintrepid ghost-hunters brave the journey round the hall and park grounds,where ghostly apparitions glide between trees and screeching vampires,howling werewolves, nasty bats and beasties prepare to pounce.

Tickets cost just £4 each (free for under 5s) and include free transport fromStockton and Yarm Town Centres and from outsideStockton Garden Centre (formerly Peter Barratt’s), from5.45pm - 8pm. Tickets are available from the TouristInformation Centre in the Shambles and are strictlylimited. Tickets will be issued in two batches, with anearly start for younger visitors and a later start for oldervisitors to reduce congestion round the Park.

Health & Safety InformationVisitors need to be aware that the grounds around the Park are uneven and lighting levels may vary, so appropriate footwearshould be worn, and you may wish to bring along a small torch. Likewise appropriate clothing should be worn to reflect the time ofyear. Visitors are encouraged to wear their own costumes to enter into the “spirit” of the night and to add to the experience.

Saturday 5th November, Stockton RiversideEvent begins at 6pm with the Fireworks fizzing at 8.00pm

Enjoy the spectacular pyrotechnics at Stockton’s sky-high fireworkscelebration. Real Radio Roadshow will be on hand to make sure the nightgoes with a bang. A sparkling fairground will be on Riverside car park -open from 6pm until 9.45pm. There will be catering on site serving avariety of food and drink.

Come and enjoy Stockton Fireworks, still one of the largest free displaysin the country.
