THE PURSUIT OF EXCELLENCE
For more than 200 years Fox Valley has been focused on the pursuit of excellence. The valley was home to the Samuel Fox steelworks which in 1851 became famous for developing the Paragon Umbrella frame – the company went on to export a wide range of high-quality steel products across the world. Today the area is still home to Tata Steel Speciality which manufactures carbon, alloy and stainless steels designed to meet the needs of some of the world’s most demanding applications in markets ranging from aerospace to oil, gas and power generation.
Fox Valley is building on that tradition, reflecting the rich industrial heritage of the past with the creation of a new development delivering high-quality architecture and public realm.

Fox Valley is in a fantastic location in the centre of a wide and affluent catchment and will create a new high-quality retail destination in an area of Sheffield which is poorly served by the retail and leisure sector.
The development sits alongside TATA Steels Speciality as well as a new 140-home residential development which is part of the master plan. Bloor Homes are also on site during 2013 to deliver a new 370-home development. A further 400 new homes have planning permission in the area and Fox Valley is at the heart of this growing catchment.
